1. Eligibility: Customers can request an exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    • If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size or defective product), Daisy Footwear will cover the delivery charges.
    • If the exchange is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind or incorrect size ordered), the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges.

Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only available if the product is damaged upon receipt. To be eligible for a refund, please report the issue to our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order, providing detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage.
  2. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or general dissatisfaction with the product.
